Which gold colors can I order?

Every design is available in three colors — white, yellow and rose gold, all in 14K. On the product page you can switch between them and see how each one looks on the design itself.

Do you also make wedding bands?

We specialize in diamond jewelry, and engagement rings are the heart of what we do. We do not offer classic wedding bands as an open line — but for clients whose engagement ring was made by us, we are glad to design and make the matching bands, from the first ring to the last.

Do the pieces come with a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The type of certificate depends on the piece. A piece with a center stone comes with an international certificate for that stone — IGI for a lab-grown diamond, GIA for a natural diamond. A piece without a center stone (a tennis bracelet, an half-eternity ring, hoop earrings) comes with an international jewelry certificate. The certificate ships together with the piece.

What's the difference between a lab-grown and a natural diamond?

A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a natural diamond. It is grown in a laboratory, so it costs less. A natural diamond formed in the earth over a billion years or more. Both are real diamonds, and both come with an international certificate. The choice is yours — and the price on the page updates the moment you make it.

Do the prices include shipping?

Yes. Every price on the site is in US dollars and includes insured express shipping worldwide. Import duties and local taxes are not included; where they apply, they are collected by the carrier or the customs authority and paid by the recipient.

How does ordering and payment work?

Accepted Answer

You choose the design, diamond type, carat weight and gold color, and send us your request — on WhatsApp or through the order request form. We reply personally within one business day, confirm every detail, and then send you a secure card payment link. No payment is taken until everything is confirmed.

How long does it take to make, and how does delivery work?

Most pieces are made to order in about 10 business days, then sent by insured express courier, in gift packaging, to your door. Transit time depends on the destination; we confirm the exact timing with you personally.

Can I see the piece before I buy? How do I get to you?

Of course. If you are abroad, we are glad to arrange a video appointment, with the stones in front of the camera. And if you are in Israel, or passing through, our offices are in the Maccabi Building at the Israel Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan, next to Tel Aviv — the complex where Israel's diamond trade takes place. The Exchange is a closed, secure complex; entry is by prior arrangement, with a passport or ID card. Book a time with us on WhatsApp, and we will invite you to sit with us, see the stones up close and try on the piece — where it is made.

What warranty do the pieces have?

A lifetime manufacturer's warranty. A piece that leaves our workshop is our responsibility, always. The warranty covers manufacturing defects (setting, structure, casting) and includes service and cleaning at our workshop at the Israel Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan. If you are abroad, write to us first and we will guide you through sending the piece to us.

Can I exchange or return a piece?

Collection designs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging; return shipping is at the customer's expense. Rings from the ring builder and engraved pieces are made to your specification, so we exchange or adjust them rather than refund. Manufacturing defects are always repaired or replaced under our lifetime warranty.

How do I know which ring size to order?

We are glad to help. Tell us your ring size in any standard — US, UK or European — or we will guide you to measure at home. And if the fit is not quite right, one resizing is free, at any time — shipping to and from our workshop is at your expense.
