Accessibility Statement

DAZZ Diamonds is committed to providing equal, respectful, and accessible service to all of its customers, including people with disabilities. We work to keep this website accessible in line with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.

What we have done

  • Keyboard navigation: every link, button, and field can be reached with Tab and Shift+Tab and activated with Enter, and menus can be closed with Esc. Focus is clearly visible, and every page begins with a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Semantic structure: headings, navigation regions, the main content, and the footer are marked up so that screen readers can jump directly between them.
  • Alternative text: jewelry images carry a text description; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast that meets the Level AA requirements for text and controls.
  • Text resizing up to 200%, and a layout that adapts to every screen size, including mobile.
  • Reduced motion: decorative animations are switched off for visitors who have enabled “reduce motion” in their operating system.
  • Language and direction: the page language (English) and reading direction are declared in the code for screen readers.
  • Forms and buttons with clear labels and understandable messages.

The site is tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on desktop and mobile, using automated tools (axe) as well as manual keyboard and screen-reader checks.

Known limitations

  • The WhatsApp chat is a third-party service (Meta) whose accessibility is outside our control. You can always reach us by phone or email as well.
  • Some images and videos in the collection and the ring builder may not yet have a full text description. We are continually improving and welcome every report.

Accessibility of our offices

In-person appointments take place at our offices at the Israel Diamond Exchange, Maccabi Building, Ramat Gan — a public building with elevator access. For an appointment adapted to your needs, or a video appointment instead of a visit, contact us in advance and we will arrange it.
